I would also like to introduce Cajen who is more formally known as EternalFire's A Ragin' Hotsauce  CKC# PS970399.  Cajen is from Jenna's first litter and was the 10th puppy born.  She was our GOLD girl in previous puppy photos and is the pick of the litter female.  She like her sister Caper is an incredibly delightful and fun loving puppy, who has already completed her puppy kindergarden and absolutely loves everyone and everything that she meets.  She is so loving that she's been nicknamed the "attack licker" as she has inherited her daddy's ability to tackle someone and lick until you can't stop laughing.

See Cajen's Canine Review Ad!

On the weekend of April 22-24 2005 at the Edmonton Kennel Club show, Cajen was owner handled to two Reserve Winner's Bitch and one Winner's Bitch placements for her first 2 points towards her CKC Championship.

On Sunday May 22, 2005 at the Fort St. John and District Kennel Club show in Taylor BC, Cajen was awarded Winner's Bitch and Best Puppy under Judges Charles and Leticia Bett for an additional 2 points towards her championship.  Also on May 22, 2005 Cajen takes a First in Puppy Sweepstakes under Dr. Ann Greenbank!!   On Monday May 23 Cajen took one additional point for Winner's Bitch/Best Puppy under Judge Doreen Marsh!!

June 3, 2005 Northern Alberta Kennel Club show in Edmonton Alberta, Cajen takes Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners and Best Puppy under Judge Mary White.  Cajen was then beautifully presented by Peggy Mignon to Best Puppy in Group under Judge Richard Paquette.  What an overwhelming day seeing Cajen perform in the Puppy in Show ring and be given the nod for Best Puppy in Show under Judge Wendy Paquette.  Thank you all so much for these beautiful wins!!

On June 4, 2005 Cajen attended the 2005 Calgary Sieger Show under ADRK Judge Gerhard Apel and was given a VV1 Rating and ultimately received the honor of being awarded 2005 Calgary Sieger Show Most Promising Female Puppy in Show!!

We're thrilled that Cajen is able to excel in no matter what type of venue at which she is entered!!

On Sunday June 5, 2005 Cajen was awarded Winner's Bitch under Judge Lester Mapes for an additional 2 points towards her championship.  Cajen is now sitting on 9 points towards her championship at less than 9 months of age!!

On July 1, 2005 at the Cold Lake Kennel & Obedience Club Cajen finished her championship under Judge F.M (Butch) MacDonald by taking a 2 point win for Winner's Bitch.  Cajen then went on to take Best Puppy and Best Puppy in Group to finish her championship at 9.5 months of age.  Cajen went on to take an additional 3 Best Puppy in Group wins for the remainder of the weekend under Judges Robert Verhulst, Rick Fehler, and Merlin Van Der Kinder.  Thank you very much Judges for recognizing this youngster's potential in the ring!!

Cajen will now be leaving us for a month to be beautifully presented in Manitoba and Saskatchewan by Penny Lewis.  Please look for her and cheer her on, or simply come over for her to enthusiastically kiss you,  at the Manitoba Canine Association show, Moose Jaw Show, Yorkton Show and the Saskatoon Show.  She'll be shown in the Saskatoon Puppy Classic the first weekend in September also!!

Our Cajen is now back home and we're thrilled at how well she did with both Penny Lewis and Peggy Mignon.  I would like to extend my biggest thanks to both of these ladies for all their expertise in handling my youngster.  I am thrilled to report that before a year of age Cajen has managed to rack up a mind boggling list of wins which included a Sieger Show Most Promising Female Puppy in Show win, 3 all breed Best Puppy in Show Wins, 15 Best Puppy in Group wins, 4 Best of Breed wins, 2 Group 4 placements, and numerous Best of Opposite Wins.

Cajen is now taking a well deserved break and will be shown very selectively in the future while she matures.  She is also leaving for the weekend of October 1-2, 2005 to go with her Grandma Traci to the West Coast Landesgruppe Sieger show in Langley BC.  We're hoping that she makes her daddy Caemon very proud in the Stud Dog class!!!  Please come cheer our Cajen on at the Red Deer & District Kennel Club show and then onto the RCC 2005 National Specialty in Toronto.  Our plans for the future with our "attack licker" (who has still not grown out of her desire to lick people to death......her cardiac exam was hilarious, our poor cardiologist had a completely wet side of his head from her!!), will include some tracking, obedience, and hopefully as she matures a US championship as well.

At the West Coast Landesgruppe 4th Annual Sieger Show on October 1st, 2005 Cajen received a SG1 Rating with the following critique from Judge Bill Alexander from the USA:

13 month old female, large with very good bone strength, wide strong forehead with ears correctly set and carried.  Med eye, good length of muzzle but could be a little broader.  Very nice neck line, straight strong front legs, strong pasterns and strong feet.  Good topline, slightly long in the back, very good bottom line.  Good croup and tail set, strong well muscled rear, med rear angulation, med strong hocks, very good color and markings but markings on the chest could be a little smaller.  Scissors bite, correct dentition.  Clean movement coming and going.  Ground covering sidegait.
